Total RNA is extracted from a variety of tissues and cells using a modified guanidine thiocyanate technique which allows the rapid isolation of total RNA.Our total RNAs includes mRNA and microRNAs. We also provide universal RNA preparations as reference standards, total RNA including diversified tissues produced on a large scale to ensure the broadest coverage of genes possible minimium the lot-to-lot variation. Total RNA from many cancer types are available from stock, inlcuding total RNA matched pair which include Primary Pair (PP) and Primary and Metastasis Pair (PM). Primary pair consist RNA isolated from primary tumour and its adjacent normal tissues whereas Primary and Metastasis pair consists RNA from primary tumour and corresponding metastatic tumour.
