The Revio polymerase kit contains reagents for binding sequencing polymerase to a SMRTbell library for sequencing on the Revio system. The kit also includes SMRTbell cleanup beads.
The Revio SMRT Cell tray contains 4 Revio SMRT Cells for sequencing on the Revio system.
The Revio sequencing plate contains reagents for sequencing 4 Revio SMRT Cells on the Revio system as well as seals to prevent sample evaporation.
The binding kit 3.2 and cleanup beads kit contains reagents for binding sequencing polymerase to your SMRTbell library. It includes Sequel II DNA internal control complex 3.2 and cleanup beads. This kit is recommended for SMRTbell libraries ≥3 kb.
